Daily Devotional-God Never Gives You More Than You Can Handle

God only gives us what we can handle at certain times, not too much and not too little. When we think something is finished or complete from the past– not true. It could be that He only gave us just a part of it to work through and as we continue to grow closer to Him the rest will come. He doesn’t want to scare us He just wants us to be healed and learn from the process because He loves us so much.

First Corinthians 10:13 in the NKJV reads, “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” This Scripture teaches us a powerful principle. If we belong to Him, God will not allow any difficulty to come into our lives that we are not capable of bearing. Use this today to meditate on and know that God is faithful and the more we trust in him the closer we grow to Him.
